Classes for Kids, by Kids
Join us in studio, where your child will benefit from expertly designed classes and events that nurture their growth, emotional well-being, and sense of connection. Our approach combines mindfulness, yoga, and social-emotional learning, providing children with the tools they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Studio Classes
Classes for Kids, by Kids
All of our age-specific classes are rooted in one mission: to offer a safe, welcoming space where kids can come exactly as they are.
Whether your child is stepping into Warrior I (ages 5–9) or Warrior II (ages 10+), every experience is designed to help them move, breathe, express, and connect—in ways that feel good and true to them. We also offer all-ages class options for families and mixed age groups.
No experience is ever necessary as we believe our children already have everything they need within them to practice with us!
Warrior I
Recommended ages 5-9
Kids ages 5+ are invited to a weekly practice where they explore emotional learning through mindful movement, yoga-inspired poses, breathwork, and sensory-based activities.
In Warrior I, our younger kids are guided through playful and purposeful experiences that help them build self-awareness, explore their emotions, and develop tools to feel calm, confident, and connected.
Warrior II
Recommended ages 10+
In Warrior II, kids continue to explore emotional learning through movement, yoga, breathwork, and sensory-based tools—building on their growing awareness of self and others.
These classes offer space for deeper reflection, more intentional movement, and opportunities to express emotions in healthy, empowering ways. Kids are encouraged to show up authentically, strengthen their focus, and develop tools they can carry into school, friendships, and life.
All Ages
Recommended ages 5+
Our All Ages class brings together kids of different ages to move, breathe, and practice emotional learning skills in community. Using mindful movement, yoga-inspired poses, breathwork, and sensory-based tools, each class creates space for kids to build self-awareness, regulation, and connection—with themselves and each other.
This is a mixed-age class designed just for kids—no experience needed, and everyone is welcome.
$5 for ALL
Recommended ages 5+
It is part of our mission to keep mindful movement and emotional learning accessible to every child. Our monthly $5 for ALL class invites kids ages 5+ to experience the heart of a Just Breathe for Kids session—at a community-friendly rate.
Together we will explore Just Breathe for Kids classes with movement, yoga-inspired poses, breathwork, games, music, and group connection. These classes are designed to help kids slow down, tune in, and build tools for showing up as themselves—both on and off the mat.
Pre-Registration is required. Please kindly cancel your registration if your plans change to make space for an always sold out class.
Cost of this class is kept minimal to make our classes accessible to all. Therefore, we cannot offer any refunds or transfers of credit. No exceptions. If unused your registration fee will go into our scholarship fund.
Mini Warrior + ME
Recommended ages 1.5+
Our Mini Warrior + Me class is a weekly connection class for kids and their grownup.
This Class inspires connection, co-regulation, and play
Through songs, movement, breathing and sensory activities, kids explore their inner world-while doing it right alongside you!
We slow down. We notice. We grow together.
Mini Warrior + ME is where early emotional intelligence begins-with you as their first teacher.
Homeschool Warrior
Superpower Warrior
Our Superpower classes are an effective practice for our children with their own superpowers and can be used in conjunction with other treatment modalities. For this reason, children with developmental superpowers often diagnosed as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ODD, ADHD, and beyond who practice with us are often amazed at the quick mastery of the skills practiced in our classes. The only recommendations are proper instruction and regular practice.
*These classes are limited in size
School Year Membership

Just Breathe for Kids classes and events, are recommended for children age 5+ (or 4 year olds that are able to join us on their mat for 1 hour). Be sure to check social media and our website for grownup + me events and drop-in classes.
No experience is ever necessary in any Just Breathe for Kids class as we believe (and practice), that our children have everything they need within them already to practice with us…we slow down our thinking minds to tune into this knowing. (see question below “are you just a kids yoga studio”)
Nope—we’re so much more than that!
While our classes include yoga-inspired movement, Just Breathe for Kids is not a traditional yoga studio. We’re a space where children explore emotional intelligence, mindfulness, creative expression, and self-awareness through movement, breathwork, games, storytelling, and community connection.
Our focus isn’t on poses or perfection—it’s on helping kids build the tools they need to feel grounded, connected, and confident in who they are.
We use movement as a pathway, not a destination.
So whether your child is doing a yoga pose, practicing a calming breath, or sharing how they feel, it’s all part of learning how to show up as their full, authentic self.
All of our classes are designed to meet our children exactly where they are. In our Just Breathe for Kids class we will welcome your child into the space that they will help design and create. Expect lots of movement, stillness, connection, creativity, imagination and FUN!
All you need for any Just Breathe for Kids class and event is…YOU!

All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times unless they are in class.

We start on class on time to honor the tradition and end on time to honor you.

Yes, it’s absolutely okay to drop your child off, and it’s actually recommended! Our classes are designed to help children focus and fully engage in the activities, and a drop-off environment often supports that. Please be sure your child has checked in, removed their shoes and entered the studio before leaving.
It is our hope that Just Breathe for Kids is accessible to all kids…no matter what. Please contact us to include your child(ren) regardless of financial requests, we will work with you. The sliding scale represents the idea that financial resources should not be the only determining factor in whether or not someone can access our services.
We never want financial constraints to be the reason your child cannot join our program. We have an extremely limited resource of financial assistance/scholarships available during the school year classes, that we hope can be of assistance.
