Kids ages 4+ come celebrate your birthday with Just Breathe for Kids where we will create a party just for you! Parties in our Midtown kids yoga studio will include mindful movement activities, Yoga, games and crafts, with the option to add on a mindful party favor creation!
Just Breathe for Kids birthday party details
Party includes:
1 hour of age specific yoga, mindfulness games, head massage and relaxation
Just Breathe for Kids Group mandala drawing for birthday kid to take home
Full use of studio mats, props and music
Exclusive use of the studio and reception/waiting area for the duration of the party
Studio Access
Access to the studio 20 minutes prior to the scheduled party time for decorating if you wish
Birthday treats provided by family and must be pre-arranged with staff

Birthday crown/hat
Just Breathe for Kids t-shirt
Mandala drawing done by all participants
Don’t worry…we take care of all pre-planning and prep to allow for a truly magical, mindful birthday party for all.
Basic Party
Starting at $200, includes:
1.5 hour party created for your birthday child
1 hour Just Breathe for Kids instructor led kids class
30 minutes gift/treats (self-guided)
Access to the studio 20 minutes prior for decoration (Just Breathe for Kids is not responsible and will advise parameters prior to the party)
- Birthday child takes home birthday crown/hat, Just Breathe for Kids t-shirt and mandala drawing created by all participants.
- up to 12 children (additional $15 per child)

Add on creative arts activity for the perfect mindful party favor (will add 30 minutes to party).
Basic Party + one take home:
- Canvas – $12 per child
- Eye pillows – $8 per child
- Glitter jar- $10 per child
- Design a journal – $8 per child
Please note: pricing is adjusted depending on final numbers
How can I book a party?
Contact us to book! A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to officially reserve your party date/time. At least 5 days in advance of party date, we will request the final number children attending.
Cancellation
If a party must be cancelled, please contact us within 5 days to reschedule. Any party cancelled less than 5 days in advance will forfeit the deposit.
