Studio Dates

Studio Dates (Studio Closings will mimic the following Muscogee County School District Closings)

Classes start the week of August 12, 2024

Closed for Labor Day September 2, 2024

Open Veterans Day November 11, 2024

Closed for Thanksgiving Break November 25-30, 2024

Closed for Winter Break December 23rd-January 3, 2025. Classes resume January 6, 2025

Open to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Day on January 20, 2025

Closed Presidents Day February 17, 2025

Studio classes Closed for Spring Break March 31-April 4, 2025

Last day of School-year Studio classes is May 16, 2025

After School Club Dates

All classes will be held when the school is open. If the school closes for any reason, after school yoga club will not be held. With the limited availability allowed to be in the schools, missed classes will not be able to be made up.

After school yoga club ends the week of May 16, 2025

Schedule

Inclement Weather: In the event of future inclement weather, we follow Muscogee County School District. If we do close for inclement weather, it will be posted on our social media (Instagram and Facebook) and an email will be sent to all the customers.

General Studio Rules

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before class time.

· Please stay with your children while they are waiting for class to begin.

· All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times unless they are in class.

· No food or drinks other than water inside the studio.

· No cell phones, smart watches (like Apple Watch), smart earphones (like Air Pods) are allowed in the studio at any time.

· All personal belongings may be kept in the cubbies outside the studio.

· Younger yogi’s Parents: Please take your yogi to the restroom BEFORE class begins

· We start on class on time to honor the tradition and end on time to honor you.

· We follow Muscogee County’s decisions on inclement weather school closings. However, you should always use your own judgement when deciding to travel due to weather. We will also communicate all schedule changes on social media.

· Notice of Exemption Just Breathe is not a licensed child care facility. This program is not required to be licensed by the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning and this program is exempt from state licensure requirements.

Cancellations

CANCELLATION FOR EVENTS/PARTIES/PRIVATE CLASSES

EVENTS AND PRIVATE CLASSES:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the start time are eligible for a full refund credited back to your Just Breathe account for use in future classes/events.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the event, please contact us as soon as possible at imagine@justbreathe.com or 706.804.0505 and no later than one week after the event to request a partial credit (50%) to your Just Breathe for Kids account. Partial credit is offered to account for the cost of supplies and staffing required for the event. Credits cannot be issued if no contact is made within this timeframe. We encourage you to let us know as soon as possible if your plans change, as many of our classes/events have children on the waitlist. Thank you for your understanding!

PRIVATE PARTIES

If a private party must be cancelled, please contact us within 5 days to reschedule (deposit credited to account).  Any party cancelled less than 5 days prior to the party date will forfeit the deposit and a $50 admin fee.  Any remaining balance will be applied to the rescheduled party. 

*Create party favor add-ons are non refundable. 

$5 for ALL CLASSES:

In an effort to be sure to include all, and because of our small class size, please only register if you are sure your child(ren) can attend. If plans change, please cancel their registration and/or email us at imagine@justbreatheforkids.com to cancel for you within 48 hours of class time. Cost of this class is kept minimal to make our classes accessible to all. Therefore, we cannot offer any refunds or transfers of credit. No exceptions. If unused your registration fee will go into our scholarship fund.

CANCELLATION FOR SUMMER CAMP

Cancellations made, via account or email/call to studio manager, within two weeks prior to the first day of camp will be reimbursed to your account less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations after that date will not receive a credit.  All supplies from the camp will be available for pick up following camp, to use at home. 

We do not accept cancellations, suspensions, or modifications to your classes, appointments, workshops, etc. via social media. You must email the manager or call the studio to make these requests.

If you (your child) has a contagious illness, we kindly request you reschedule any classes and services to prevent spreading the sickness. We reserve the right to refuse service to ensure a healthy and safe experience for our staff and students.

CANCELLATION FOR MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are recurring for the agreed upon term, including auto draft of monthly payments. No refunds for unused classes or early termination of membership will be offered. 

School year sessions are auto drafted monthly and include one 60 min class per week through the school year.

TEMPORARY HOLD

We understand that life circumstances can sometimes require a pause in your membership. Our Temporary Hold Policy allows members to suspend their membership for a limited time. Please review the details below:

Eligibility for Hold
Memberships can be placed on hold for reasons such as travel, illness, or personal events. 

Duration of Hold
Minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months within any 12-month period.

Notification Requirement
To place your membership on hold, you must notify us via email imagine@justberatheforkids or speak to us at 706.804.0505 at least 7 days in advance of your next billing cycle. Requests made after this period will apply to the following billing cycle.

Billing During Hold
While on hold, your membership will not be billed. The billing cycle will resume at the end of the agreed hold period, with the same membership terms.

Reactivation
Your membership will automatically reactivate at the end of the hold period. If you wish to extend or change your hold period, please contact us prior to the end of the current hold.

WITHDRAWAL

To withdraw from a membership, please provide a 30-day written notice via email at imagine@justbreatheforkids.com. Your membership will officially end 30 days from the date we receive your request, and one final payment will be charged during this notice period. Your child(ren) are welcome and encouraged to continue attending classes during this time. Non-attendance alone does not constitute withdrawal; tuition will be due until the withdrawal period concludes. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain an organized and effective program. 

To withdraw from any membership class, please provide a 30-day written notice via email (imagine@justbreatheforkids.com).  Memberships are charged one more month following 30 day cancellation request. 

Closures will follow the Muscogee County School District schedule.
